DESCRIPTION:\n\nDiscover the night as you embark on a kayak tour through Biscayne Bay as part of International Dark Sky Week. This night time kayak tour celebrates the International Dark Sky Week’s mission of raising awareness about the negative impacts of light pollution, the solutions that exist and simultaneously celebrating the night while out on the water.\nCost: $50 per person (members and non-members). For ages 18 & older. Recommended for intermediate paddlers. Space is limited! Registration online only.\nAll kayaks are two seat / tandem kayaks. We recommend purchasing tickets in sets of two; single-registered kayakers will be paired with another single-registered kayaker.\nWear closed-toe shoes and comfortable paddling clothing that can get wet, bug spray, snacks, and water. Bugs & mosquitos are very common, please come prepared. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Tour meets at the Visitor Center.\nPlease arrive 15 minutes prior to your Event/Program start time.
